Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with BytCube for custom software development, utilizing our web properties, or hiring our consulting services, you agree to comply with and be explicitly bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

BytCube provides custom software development, UX design, scalable infrastructure provisioning, and technology consulting. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be rigorously outlined and mutually agreed upon via a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or final contract before inception.

Payment

Unless otherwise documented in a SOW, projects require an upfront deposit to commence. Following payments are tied strictly to outlined milestone deliveries. BytCube reserves the right to suspend or pause services dynamically if payments remain overdue past defined grace periods. Late fee clauses detailed in the contract handle such deferments.

Intellectual Property

Once project fees are successfully and completely cleared, the exclusive intellectual property rights surrounding the custom code generated specifically for you are transferred to your ownership. BytCube fundamentally retains unlimited ownership of all internal pre-existing libraries, toolings, and architectural frameworks used beneath the custom build.

Confidentiality

We highly regard corporate and idea secrecy. BytCube protects all disclosed sensitive documentation prior to, during, and succeeding engagements. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are actively available upon request during initial discovery phases.

Limitation of Liability

BytCube shall not be held liable under any consequence for indirect, incidental, or remote damages arising from software malfunctions. At all events, BytCube's total maximum liability is explicitly capped strictly at the exact monetary figure paid for the specific service module responsible.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service function strictly in conjunction and under the jurisdiction of the laws established in Bangladesh. Any legal hearings, litigations, or procedural mediation will exclusively be conducted within the Dhaka courts system.
